Powdered hot chocolate drink made from blended 70% and 55% cocoa content chocolate and spices. Tempered in Palermo, this hot chocolate makes a truly wicked cup of intense Sicilian chocolate. Great as an ingredient for sauces and desserts too.

Ingredients: 55% Cocoa Content Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Paste, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Spices), 70% Cocoa Content Chocolate (Cocoa Beans, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Vanilla), Cocoa Butter, Cane Sugar, Coffee, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Salt.
